新制　櫃買中心：平盤下得融(借)券賣出9/23啟動 Sep 19th 2013, 05:36 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕櫃買中心指出，將開放所有得為融資融券的上櫃有價證券平盤下得融(借)券賣出，自9月23日起，得為融資融券的上市及上櫃有價證券可平盤下融券及借券賣出的新制將開始實施，上市櫃合計有約1200檔標的可供投資人操作。
