華寶出嫁　股價鎖漲停　逾96萬張買單排隊 Oct 1st 2013, 05:41 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕仁寶電腦(2324)董事會通過併購華寶案，仁寶指出，因應產業發展趨勢與集團未來策略發展，擬整併目前持有47.78%股權的從屬公司華寶，擬透過公開收購及吸收合併兩步驟完成合併，收購價每股50.8元，溢價高達16.78%；華寶1日股價一開盤就跳空攻上漲停46.5元鎖死，一度有逾百萬張的漲停買單排隊等著買，近午盤買單仍達96萬8612張。
