宏達電全數賣回Beats股權　稅前處分利益25.2億 Sep 27th 2013, 21:35 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕宏達電宣布與Beats Electronics LLC達成股權收購協議，將賣回其剩餘全數持有約24.84%股權予Beats，交易金額總計為2.65億美元；與此交易同時，先前開立予HTC的1.5億美元本票及應付利息也將提前清償，預計這個股權交易在第4季完成，預估稅前處分利益約25.2億元。
