不滿薪水太低　近半數上班族Q4想異動 Sep 23rd 2013, 07:26 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕yes123求職網進行第4季景氣暨勞動市場趨勢調查，有46.2%的上班族，計畫在第4季換工作，即使可能犧牲掉年終獎金，但會想要「換頭路」就是不滿現在工作的薪水太低(61.1%)，及覺得公司未來沒有發展性(57.9%)。
