8成企業願用新鮮人　進用比例29.26% Sep 23rd 2013, 05:26 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕目前就業市場上仍有許多新鮮人尚未找到工作，主計總處公布7月失業率4.25%，創今年新高，受到應屆畢業生投入職場尋職影響較上月上升，其中20到24歲失業率14.05%，居各年齡層之冠，根據1111人力銀行調查顯示，第4季有意徵才的企業，高達8成願意進用社會新鮮人，企業平均進用新鮮人的比例為29.26%。
