QE未退場　美股應聲漲　S&P500創新高 Sep 19th 2013, 05:36 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕美國聯準會9/17-18召開公開市場委員會(FOMC)會議，會後宣布QE政策維持不變，每個月850億美元購債計畫不變，Fed主席柏南奇說，還是要看經濟數據表現，仍有可能在年底決定縮減經濟振興計畫規模，但目前「沒有任何數字、時間表」；QE未退場，美股應聲上漲，道瓊工業指數大漲147.21點，S&P500更創下新高紀錄。
