有助銀行貸款　財政部今修作業要點開放地上權可分割移轉 Sep 30th 2013, 11:40 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕地上權住宅產品過去因沒有建物所有權及地上權持分，貸款不易，即使有銀行願意承做，不僅貸款額度低，且利率高，經審慎評估檢討後，財政部今（30）日修正作業要點，同意在一定條件下，放寬地上權及地上物得一部讓與，以創造民眾、業者及政府三贏。
