商辦╱政府釋地、保險業解禁　業者看好Q4資金加倍奉還 Oct 1st 2013, 05:41 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據商仲業者統計，今年第3季不動產投資市場大型交易買賣金額566億元，比上一季微幅增溫0.3%，單看商用不動產投資交易量則倍增到242億元，主要力道來自本土自用型買方，預估在政府加速地上權標售，積極將游資引入公共建設，以及壽險業投資不動產禁令解套下，按捺已久的資金將「加倍奉還」，預估全年交易金額將上看2,500億元。
