房市╱QE不退、奢侈稅延修　自住剛性需求撐盤 Sep 24th 2013, 03:33 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕台灣房屋營運目標總經理周鶴鳴表示，在QE資金不退場以及奢侈稅延修下，第4季房市在低利、資金雙撐下，房價可望「價量穩增」，未來即使QE真的退場，經濟應該更穩固，房價也會得以支撐，長期來看，房市沒有悲觀的理由。
