仁寶併購華寶　每股收購價50.8元　溢價16.78% Sep 30th 2013, 15:41 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕仁寶電腦(2324)董事會通過併購華寶案，仁寶指出，因應產業發展趨勢與集團未來策略發展，擬整併目前持有47.78%股權的從屬公司華寶，擬透過公開收購及吸收合併兩步驟完成合併，收購價每股50.8元，溢價高達16.78%。
