QE未退+平盤下放空啟動　台股開8226.8點上漲17.62點 Sep 23rd 2013, 03:25 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕出乎市場及法人預期，美國聯準會（Fed）9/17-18召開公開市場委員會(FOMC)會議，會後宣布QE政策維持不變，每個月850億美元購債計畫不變，一度激勵美股上揚，台股中秋節連假休市，23日早盤開高，除了補漲預期外，金管會全面開放平盤下可以放空，也增加投資人信心，指數以8226.8點開出，上漲17.62點，呈現開高走揚的表現。
