強颱天兔襲台　4萬餘戶停電　核三停機 Sep 21st 2013, 07:26 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕台電表示，受到強烈颱風天兔影響，截至今(21)日中午12時40分止，全國最多曾有42,055戶停電。核三廠則提早降載解聯，兩部機組於上午6時17分都已經安全停機。
