第三方支付　永豐銀代收付款上線　網路儲值帳戶Q4推出 Sep 12th 2013, 11:24 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕搶攻電子商務市場兆元商機，永豐銀行12日宣布，推出自建研發的第三方支付網路代收付金流服務，不論是個人或是企業，上網就可申請，不需技術能力，即可自行設定使用，年底前還免平台使用費，大幅降低微型業者進入電子商務的門檻。永豐銀總經理江威娜更表示，第四季會再推出網路儲值支付帳戶，跨境支付部分也已與支付寶簽MOU，待系統架構完成即可上線。
