13億標得台電礁溪地上權　全球人壽：興建百貨商場及旅館 Sep 12th 2013, 11:24 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕全球人壽12日以權利金總價新台幣13億元，標下台電宜蘭礁溪2、3號土地設定地上權。全球人壽表示，此案為財政部推動透過民間資金投入公共建設所推出的地上權案件之一，得標後，規劃朝向興建百貨商場及觀光休閒旅館等方向開發，將有助地方經濟發展。
