整頓不手軟！　金管會再開鍘　3家投信挨罰、限縮業務 Sep 12th 2013, 13:22 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕展現整頓投信決心，金管會再開鍘，12日針對盈正案及98年間PEM集團涉嫌以龐氏騙局詐騙投資人案件，對日盛投信、元大寶來投信及華南永昌投信等3家投信給予行政處分，除命令解除涉案人職務，並對日盛投信處以120萬元罰緩，同時，限制3家投信業務，包括未來基金募集將受限。
