富人再減稅！婚姻懲罰稅解套　夫妻非薪資所得可分開計稅 Oct 16th 2013, 07:21 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕立法院財委會今（16）日通過所得稅法第15條條文修正草案，只要經院會通過，未來夫妻非薪資所得也可以分開計稅，並將提前自今年起實施，明（103）年申報今年度綜合所得稅時即可適用，由於高所得家庭為主要受惠者，因此也被視為是為富人減稅。
