4G標金千億　財長：全部要繳交國庫，NCC要留用得編預算 Oct 31st 2013, 03:03 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕4G競標結束，總標金高達1186.5億元，也讓國庫大進補。財政部長張盛和31日表示，原本預算的標金為350億元，現在多了827.5多億元，全部都要繳交國庫，除可以彌補國庫收支差短，若還有剩餘，到年底就計入「歲計賸餘」，NCC如果要留用，都要編列預算。
