查預售屋炒房？　財長：不限3000萬，看轉手次數較好 Oct 28th 2013, 07:02 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕為抑制炒房，財政部加強查緝預售屋買賣，並傳出鎖定開價3000萬元以上豪宅，不過，財政部長張盛和28日在立法院財委會表示，不設定金額，會以轉手次數為母體來查，只要是預售屋買賣，且轉手頻繁的案件，國稅局就會查稅。
