抓炒匯被疑「紙老虎」？　彭淮南：相信金管會有適當處置 Oct 28th 2013, 05:01 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕中央銀行抓到炒匯外資，並移送金管會處理，不過，至今金管會仍未有進一步動作，28日在立法院財委會引發立委質疑央行及金管會只是「紙老虎」，如果金管會沒有動作，央行是否也無法奈何？對此，央行總裁彭淮南強調，這外資是以機構投資者身份進來，帳號是金管會給的，央行沒有資料，他也相信金管會會有適當處置。
