抑炒房！立委建議課囤屋稅　財長：促地方政府提高房屋稅 Oct 28th 2013, 07:02 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕為穩定房價，國民黨立委孫大千28日在立法院財委會質詢時，建議財政部課徵「囤屋稅」，對此，財政部長張盛和也表達認同，並表示，會放入奢侈稅做配套，將促請地方政府針對一屋以上或非屬自住使用的房屋，適度調高房屋稅。
