大陸房地產只漲不跌神話破滅　溫州炒房導致企業大失血 Oct 16th 2013, 05:20 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕作為大陸樓市「風向標」，經過房價連續24個月的下跌之後，溫州房價普遍跌了近30%，眾多高端樓盤房價腰斬，受此影響，部分購房者停止支付按揭貸款「棄房」而逃，昔日溫州「炒房團」有變為「棄房團」的苗頭。權威部門調查顯示，目前溫州「棄房」現象只有不到600例，當前銀行信貸風險總體可控，但在溫州企業普遍深陷經營困難、房價持續下跌的情況下，樓市泡沫破滅有可能引爆銀行風險，值得高度關注。
