公股待遇低　彭淮南喊加薪！李紀珠：到公家服務有使命感 Oct 18th 2013, 09:29 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕公股行庫董總待遇偏低，中央銀行總裁彭淮南呼籲，政府鬆綁公股銀行人事，提升待遇，對此，台灣銀行業龍頭台灣金控暨台灣銀行董事長李紀珠18日表示，不論是董總或是行員，應該讓薪資更有彈性，反映其貢獻度，至於她對目前的薪資是否滿意？她則強調，「會選擇公家單位服務，大概都是有使命感，薪資對我們來講真的不是那麼重要。」
