企業提建議　曾銘宗：股票最低面額將取消　年底完成修法 Oct 16th 2013, 11:20 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕行政院長江宜樺16日帶領閣員與中小企業座談，對於企業建議，放寬最低股票面額限制，金管會主委曾銘宗當場表示，將著手修法，目前每股股票面額最低為新台幣10元，未來將沒有最低限制，預計今年底完成修法。
