提升公股經營績效　彭淮南：應給業務經營彈性及合理待遇 Oct 20th 2013, 06:36 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕針對在行政院會提及國營銀行的人事鬆綁及待遇提升一事，中央銀行總裁彭淮南透過央行發布新聞稿對外進一步說明表示，未來如要提升公營銀行的經營績效，應給予其業務經營的彈性，而公營銀行負責人的待遇，也要合理化。
