房市╱QE退場+奢侈稅延長年限　投資比重下降 Oct 18th 2013, 05:28 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕根據房仲業者所做的調查結果顯示，有5成7的民眾看漲未來3個月的房價；在購屋需求方面，仍以首購及換屋自住占6成7的比率最多，投資比重下降至2成3，主要是受到美國量化寬鬆政策(QE)將退場以及奢侈稅恐將延長年限等議題影響。
