台積電Q4業績季減10.5%　張忠謀：明年成長2位數 Oct 17th 2013, 11:27 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕台積電17日召開法人說明會，董事長張忠謀指出，如果第4季供應鏈庫存調整，將影響第4季業績較第3季減少10.5%；不過，看好明年全球經濟可望成長，預期台積電明年在20奈米製程量產的挹注下，全年業績可較今年成長2位數。
