4.4億美元YANKEE CD發行額　一銀與美國紐約梅隆銀行簽約 Oct 21st 2013, 08:40 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕第一銀行宣布，該行紐約分行與全球最大保管銀行紐約梅隆銀行(BNYM)完成簽約，聘其擔任一銀紐約分行發行YANKEE CD(即外國金融機構在美國境內發行以美元計價的可轉讓定期存單)的發行暨支付代理機構(Issuing and Paying Agency)，發行循環額度4.4億美元，發行期間視資金調度狀況而定，介於7天至6個月不等。
