併購萬泰銀？開發金：確實有案子接觸中，但仍待評估 Sep 11th 2013, 15:24 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕開發金控11日舉行法人說明會，開發金總經理楊文鈞表示，在5大策略目標已有明確成效下，2013年將成為開發金控成功轉型的關鍵年度，股東權益報酬率(ROE)未來將呈現逐年成長態勢，長期目標將拉升至15%，對於市場盛傳可能併購萬泰銀行，他說，確實有幾個案子接觸中，將以6-12個月時間進行評估。
