搶頭香！玉山銀與歐付寶攜手　網路儲值支付帳戶正式上線 Sep 12th 2013, 05:24 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕看好電子商務上兆商機，玉山銀行與歐買尬子公司歐付寶12日宣布，推出網路儲值支付帳戶，也是台灣首家真正落實網路「實質認證」機制與跨業「儲值支付帳戶」的第三方支付業者與金融機構，歐付寶更預估，一般客戶數將因此倍增。不過，初期僅先開放行動電話、電子信箱及身份驗證，儲值上限1萬元，其他則要等到9月底10月初。
