大陸除外！國銀申設海外分行　金管會擬改採自動核准制 Sep 13th 2013, 09:19 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕為鼓勵本國銀行積極佈局亞洲市場，金管會13日表示，未來銀行申設海外分支機構及辦事處，考慮採自動核准制，但這不包括大陸地區，而且有業者建議，若15個工作天內，金管會沒有意見，即自動生效，金管會則說，仍在研擬中。
