大陸第二家分行傳佳音！彰化銀行東莞分行　金管會核准了 Sep 6th 2013, 03:58 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會5日表示，彰化銀行申請在大陸地區設立第2家分行東莞分行，經審查符合「台灣地區與大陸地區金融業務往來及投資許可管理辦法」規定，因此同意彰銀向當地主管機關提出申請。
