協助創新企業籌資　金管會：創櫃板預計年底完成建置 Sep 5th 2013, 13:57 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕為協助不同規模企業都有暢通的籌資管道，逐步建構多層次架構特色市場，金管會5日表示，預計在今（2013）年底前建置完成「創櫃板」，未來申請公司資本額將不超過5千萬元，而且登錄前須統一接受櫃買中心公設聯合輔導機制，投資人則將依專業與非專業分層管理。
