油價大漲　張家祝：短期現象，人為干預會扭曲價格機制 Sep 3rd 2013, 11:47 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕中東情勢緊張，國際油價飆升，讓國內油價本周每公升大漲0.7元，加上10月馬上就要調漲電價，因而傳出希望油價凍漲的聲音，經濟部長張家祝3日表示，人為干預，會扭曲價格機制，也會造成很多負面因素。
