9月政爭拖累王金平概念股？　生技股新藥成重災區 Sep 9th 2013, 06:08 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕立法院長王金平涉及關說案被外界解讀為「9月政爭」，總統馬英九更發出「沉痛聲明」，因於王金平力挺生技新藥產業發展條例草案，希望可以在本會期順利完成修法，被視為王金平概念股的生技股9日成為台股重災區，尤其是製藥、新藥族群的跌勢更重，早盤多達8檔生技股曾亮出跌停綠燈，盤中生達、智擎、糖聯更是跌停深鎖。
