與券商座談　金管會釋5大利多　簡鴻文：大戶逐步回來了 Sep 9th 2013, 06:08 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會主委曾銘宗9日邀集證券業負責人進行座談，並釋出5大利多，包括開放受託買賣業務人員可銷售自營部門的衍生性金融商品、證券商無專任限制人員可在單一窗口登記兼職及證券商在境內得與專業機構投資人承作未掛牌外幣計價債券等措施。另外，受託買賣業務人員可兼任財富管理信託業務及證券商得擔任境外外資保管機構等案，均已完成評估，原則上將朝開放方向辦理。
