建案廣告不實　公平會罰坤德建設40萬、大芸廣告30萬 Sep 4th 2013, 07:48 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕又有建案廣告不實。公平交易委員會今（4）日委員會議通過，坤德建設與大芸廣告在銷售台北市「新摩市」建案時有廣告不實情形，分別處新台幣40萬元及30萬元罰鍰。
