3年來首見負成長　8月消費者物價下跌0.79% Sep 5th 2013, 05:52 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕行政院主計總處今（5）日發布8月份消費者物價指數較去年同月下跌0.79%，是近3年來年增率首度出現負成長，主要是因為去年同期蔬果價格在蘇拉及天秤颱風後價格飆漲，加上原油價格飆漲，比較基期偏高；核心物價年增率則為0.48%，也顯示物價平穩。
