1200檔上市櫃股可平盤下融券及借券賣出　9/23實施 Sep 17th 2013, 09:36 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕證交所表示，金管會日前宣布自今年9月23日起開放所有得為融資融券證券平盤下融券及借券賣出，將使我國證券市場交易機制更健全，並可提供投資人多元避險管道，及方便進行資券相抵交易，另外，有助於在適當時機引進更多資金注入股市。
