台新金再出招？曾銘宗：彰銀職權分層應會依公司治理原則 Aug 23rd 2013, 14:57 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕由於傳出台新金控將在下周三（8/28）彰化銀行董事會提案，限縮原屬總經理的人事權，不利公股掌控經營，引發彰銀工會反彈，要求金管會處理，對此，金管會主委曾銘宗指出，彰銀內部職權分層負責的調整，應會依公司治理原則進行，他也相信彰銀的分層負責與同業無太大差異。
