康芮來襲╱新竹縣市、桃園縣發布淹水警戒 Aug 29th 2013, 09:33 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕隨著康芮颱風朝北移動，竹苗以北雨勢也持續增加，據經濟部水利署已對新竹縣發布淹水一級警戒，新竹市、桃園縣發布淹水二級警戒，加上中南部的8個縣市，目前共對11個縣市發布淹水警戒。
