金管會關切　彰銀總經理削權案擱置 Aug 29th 2013, 01:31 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕彰銀董事會原本提案將討論公司章程的修正案，也就是被外界視為限縮公股代表彰銀總經理唐楚烈人事權的提案，經公民股激戰，台新金代表、彰銀董事長陳淮舟表示，因董監事表達暫緩的視見，決定全案暫時擱置，他更強調，這件事與台新金無關；據了解，削權案擱置的關鍵是金管會的強勢介入。
