康芮來襲╱全台5萬多戶一度停電 Aug 29th 2013, 07:32 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕康芮颱風來襲，瞬間降雨造成中南部災情頻傳，根據台電公司統計，截至今（29）日下午2時30分止，全台共有5萬多戶曾停電，目前還有3千多戶尚待搶修，主要集中在雲林一帶。
