原委會也不背書，核四怎可能變安全？　立委要求主動停建 Mar 13th 2013, 04:47 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕繼行政院長江宜樺表示核四各種可能都在考慮之後，國民黨立委李慶華今（13）日詢問經濟部長張家祝，能不能傾聽民意，從善如流，主動宣布停建核四，就可以免掉辦公投的勞民傷財，尤其現在已經停止核四再增加預算的情況下，核四怎麼可能會變安全？
