台新金吳東亮道歉也沒用？　財長堅持：彰銀不會跟他們併 Mar 13th 2013, 04:47 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕台新金控向財政部建請彰化銀行合併台新銀行，遭財政部回絕，台新金仍強調，會努力向財政部溝通及說明，台新金董事長吳東亮甚至親自去電致歉，不過，財政部長張盛和今(13)日仍堅持，「不會跟他們併」，因為一併他們解決他們問題，但國家利益就喪失了，維持現狀很好，現階段不論彰銀併台新銀或是台新銀併彰銀，財政部都不會接受。
