強震　台積電竹科、中科各有疏散　人員、設施無影響 Mar 27th 2013, 04:37 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕今(27)日上午10：03分19.7秒，發生規模6.1、深度15.4公里的地震，這起全台有感的地震，造成台積電位於的竹科1座8吋廠及中科1座12吋廠，因偵測到震度達4級，啟動緊急應變進行人員疏散，台積電指出，人員及設施並未受到影響，但是否影響生產，目前正在了解中。
