潭美快報╱豪雨　白河、石門、石岡壩、集集攔水堰洩洪 Aug 21st 2013, 14:36 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕受潭美颱風及外圍環流影響，氣象局21日發布豪雨特報，經濟部水利署也宣布多處水庫進行洩洪及調節性放水，除了石門水庫、石岡壩、集集攔水堰之外，晚間9時開始白河水庫也進行洩洪。
