台電跨足第一類電信開拓財源　將申請光纖電路出租業務 Jun 22nd 2013, 03:54 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕台電公司股東常會通過將修改公司章程，增列「第一類電信事業」業務，將在向國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）申請同意後，跨足光纖電路出租業務，預估每年將可為台電增加1200萬元的營收。
