防避稅投保爭議　壽險及年金險7/1起加註警語 Jun 30th 2013, 03:07 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會表示，自7月1日保險公司販售具有壽險或年金險成分的商品，銷售文件中，必須以明顯字體增列警語，如果稅捐機關認定購買行為有避稅之嫌，未來還是得依實質課稅原則執行。
