股東會╱統一通過配股2元　高秀玲首度進入董事會 Jun 25th 2013, 04:12 〔記者楊伶雯╱台南報導〕統一25日召開股東會，通過去年度股利2元，其中現金股利1.4元、股票股利0.6元；同時改選董事，共選出13席董事，其中10席董事、3席獨立董事，董事長高清愿女兒高秀玲首度進入董事會，與父親高清愿、擔任總經理的先生羅智先一起擔負重要決策任務。
