服貿衝擊就業　張家祝：陸資來台　多數還是聘請台灣勞工 Jun 25th 2013, 06:12 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕兩岸兩會上周簽署服務貿易協議後，國內包括美容美髮等不少業者都很擔心將嚴重衝擊台灣本土勞工的權益，經濟部長張家祝今（25）日強調，不論是陸資、還是外資來台，除了管理階層外，多數還是雇用台灣勞工。
